Well it’s been two months now since I even looked at this website. I have been spending a lot of time in isolation and enjoying the freedom I have when I am alone. I think about all the great things I can blog about but I find that not interacting with people, the internet and the world as a whole creates a beautiful peace that should be the highlight of all our lives. It gets very tiresome learning about the destruction mankind creates and the endless exploitation of other people and the environment.
Living life is what life is about and when I am doing that I just don’t want to invest time in anythings else…
Just recently I stumbled upon a website during my internet travels that peaked my curiosity. Chatroulette.com, is a totally random chat room with video that bounces you around the world randomly to chat with other people. Thinking this would open me up to a more worldly experience, I jumped right in, but soon after my enthusiasm diminished quickly.
If you visit this site in hopes to spark up a conversation with anyone intelligent, forget it. By the time you find someone who wants to talk, you will have been exposed to everything else unintelligent. From my two day experience, I managed to talk a man from Spain and a group of people from New York who were actually decent human beings. Yet these two experiences were not worth the time and effort it took to make the connection. It seem that most the people were there for either the attention or to feed that attention. Nothing constructive came out of this adventure. If you visit the site be prepared to engage in random rapid fire camera loading with a surprise every time….
I did follow up on this site one last time and I found that I am better off staying away from crap like this. I went there to have fun and check it out but as soon as I allowed myself to be known and attempted to make friends, I ran into the same problems I do in real life. People don’t know how to trust and become very hurtful. It seemed the more open I was, the less I was trusted. This site had nothing of value to offer and I see no reason to ever return unless you’re into giving or receiving abuse.
As humans we tend to make up stories to create a comfortable illusion in which to live but stories like this one take us to a realistic understanding of life as it really is, without the need for fake stories of creation. Here is the first video… click on it, it will take you to the playlist to watch the rest…. enjoy!
In the advancement of our control and understanding of what we are, Organovo has come up with a technique to print blood vessels. This technology can and probably will be devolved to print full organs to replace bad or failing ones. I can imagine a day when we can just replace any part of our bodies as we continue to grow in our understanding of the world and the reality in which we live.
“Organovo developed a research prototype of a bioprinter capable of producing very basic tissues like blood vessels. According to the recent press release, Invetech, Organovo’s strategic partner, will be providing the company with commercial versions of their device in 2010 to 2011. While it is still limited to simple tissue structures (full organs are a long ways off), Organovo plans to deliver the printers to various research institutions interested in organ and tissue production. Working with these institutions, Organovo hopes to one day progress to creating a system that can print organs as easily as other 3D printers print plastic figurines.”
It seems we have a viable way to refuel our ships now with aluminum-ice. A mixture of aluminum powder and frozen water. I love the fact that this expands the potential for refueling our ships on mars and the moon since water exists in both places.
“Last week researchers from Purdue and Penn State University launched a rocket that uses an unconventional propellant: aluminum-ice. The fuel mix, dubbed ALICE, is made of nano-aluminum powder and frozen water, and gets its thrust from the chemical reaction between the ingredients. The propellant is environmentally friendly, and it could perhaps allow spacecraft to refuel at locations like the moon, where water has been discovered.”
In the ongoing advancement of human achiement, the LHC is pushing the limits and breaking new records. this is exciting and I look forward to the ongoing discovery of the universe in which we live…
“Until now the LHC had been operating at a relatively low energy of 450 billion electron volts. On Sunday, engineers increased the energy of this ‘pilot beam,’ reaching 1.18 trillion electron volts at 2344 GMT. The previous record of 0.98 trillion electron volts has been held by the Tevatron accelerator since 2001. The LHC is eventually expected to operate at some seven trillion electron volts.”
If American’s were really concerned about improving the economy, they would spend more time buying services that will boost the economy instead of wasting money on foreign goods.
Buy local. Hire Local. Support the economy in a good way by spending money on businesses that actually contribute to the economy…. the money spent here, stays here to stimulate the economy instead of filling the pockets of foreign businesses…
Hire a Maid/House Cleaning service to give the house a good cleaning for your spouse, mother, or other special person

I was doing some searching around the web looking for evidence, secular references, to Jesus as a real person. It seems that it is claimed by various groups there are four sources who have written material relating to Jesus: Pliny the Younger, Josephus, Suetonius, and Tacitus. As I read through these writings, I realized that all of these people were simply blogging about a group of people at the time viewed as superstitious…. much they way people view new cult religions that have recently popped up. In fact these four people sited as evidence wrote their material generations after Jesus was reported to be here on earth. I found nothing from Jesus’s actual time here on earth. You would think that a man who rose from the dead would have made news somewhere in the world at the time. Never the less the supposed evidence is very shaky and weak. I just found it interesting that the evidence read more like rants of a cult that seems to have gone uncontrolled from bloggers who saw the birth of Christianity insanity.
From the article…
116 A.D.
“Tacitus’ description of Christianity is decidedly negative, as he calls it a “dangerous superstition” and “something raw and shameful,” which makes it relatively improbable that the text was interpolated by later Christians.”
“In a later writing, Pliny mentions that he believed Christianity to be a foolish superstition.”
UPDATE…. I found this video some time after I did this blog.
I love that fact that humans are so ignorant that they will destroy themselves, their home and all life as we have known it before they will ever realize how ridiculous living like an uncontrolled bacteria is. Consuming everything on earth with no options to move or go anywhere else, people in the future will suffer greatly for the actions of those alive today.
…And if humankind continues to use natural resources and produce waste at the current rate, “we will require the resources of two planets to meet our demands by the early 2030s,” a gluttonous level of ecological spending that may cause major ecosystem collapse, the report said….
GENEVA — Scientists running the world’s largest atom smasher used the $10 billion machine’s accelerator to speed up proton beams for the first time Tuesday, in a step toward experiments about the makeup of the universe.
“It was just a preliminary test,” said James Gillies, spokesman for the European Organization for Nuclear Research. But the machine showed it could raise the energy of the proton beams whizzing around the massive machine by an initial 10 percent…
