ELDORADO

Sativa

Sativa Seeds Eldorado is a remarkable Sativa from the Oaxaca region of Mexico. At Nirvana, we have been selectively backcrossing this landrace for at least a dozen generations. Eldorado provides a crisp, sharp and inspiring high that is rarely found elsewhere. Eldorado cannabis seeds flower in 12-14 weeks and they can be cultivated both indoors and outdoors. Her buds are thin and airy, which means yields are not of particular commercial interest, but fortunately, the quality of Eldorado smoke is the stuff of legends! Her THC is high which leaves you feeling energised.

I'm growing some Eldorados right now. Started the seed on Feb. 20th cuz it was kinda warm the last couple of weeks in Feb. Stuck them in the ground March 4. It was cloudy, cold, windy, and rainy mostly throughout the month of March. The plants did alright though. Middle of April now and my plants are beginning to take off. One of them (maybe 2) are already 2-foot tall.

I've got my plants in the "sunbelt" area of my backyard. Plus, I have refractive OSB panels set up to help reflect the early morning rays onto my plants. At the moment I would estimate they're getting 8~10 hours of sunlight when it's clear skies. The Sun is like halfway to the solstice right now, so when the Sun gets near and at the solstice the sunlight-hours should increase by at least 2 hours, maybe 3.

I'm taking all the internet information I've read about Eldorados with a big dose of salt. One claim that I have a a bit of a dispute with is that it's a Sativa-dominate. I'm not seeing that in it's growth characteristics, more specifically - the shape of the leaves, and the spacing between the branches. Big fan-leafs with somewhat broad looking fingers. The plants are still quite young so I'm not drawing any conclusions right now.

I've got a video journal started up on YouTube. The website I've included is my Channel page.
